Xbox One S and Sony HT-ST5000 Problems

So this is getting ridiculous. I have my Xbox One S hooked into the soundbar and the soundbar running through ARC into my 2018 Vizio P75. UHD is turned on on the TV and enhanced mode for HDMI is enabled on the soundbar.

It worked flawlessly just 36 hours ago, and then when I turned it on last night, the Xbox no longer shows picture in enhanced mode, only standard, which makes the system lose HDR and various other things. I did a full system reset of both the soundbar and Xbox. Nothing. Swapped out some HDMI cables. Nothing. Plugged the HDMI from Xbox into the Roku port on the sound bar which works with HDR. Xbox still won't display on that input, but the Roku works on the former Xbox soundbar port immediately after plugging it in.

It will check all boxes except Dolby Vision when plugged directly into the TV, but then I have no Atmos.

Any thoughts about a fix are appreciated. Could it be a faulty Xbox? It's only a few days old.
