Have bought tons of stuff from Newegg - computer components mostly - no issues whatsoever for the past several years. Had to do a return on one occasion, no problems there either.

Newegg is a good merchant. I am a 13 year long customer. Don't ask me how I found that out.

Heh, Newegg is about reliable of a computer parts store as you can find. Likely better than Amazon in several situations. Been buying hardware from them for the past decade.

As a long time Newegger I too laughed when I saw this thread but I’ve since learned a terrible truth. Newegg got bought out by a Chinese company and there are many reports of their customer support having gone downhill and some people getting outright scammed. Amazon seems to be the go to place for pc parts now.
